CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENTS

The following are needed during the application process:

  • Properly accomplished SERVICE APPLICATION CONTRACT (SAC) Form*
  • For individual applicants, photocopy of valid ID with picture
  • For juridical entity such as business firm or corporation, photocopy of all pertinent business registration/documents
  • Notarized lease agreement or a written authority from the lessor shall be required from lessee applying for water service connection
  • Authorization for sub-connection, right of way, and conformity of house or land owner
  • Attendance to the Orientation Seminar
DURATION OF TRANSACTIONApplication process may take 2 hours and 10 minutes. However, inspection and installation may vary according to the number of applications on queue, usually it will take three (3) days max.
PAYABLES

NEW Connection Fee: PhP 3,000.00 PLUS other charges.

WHO MAY AVAIL Concessionaires with existing water service who intends to pay their water bill
CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENT/S Water bill or Account Name
DURATION OF TRANSACTION Payment process usually takes 3 minutes. NOTE: Anticipate long queues during due dates.
ALTERNATIVE
PAY ONLINE Payment can now be accepted through the Land Bank of the Philippines LinkBiz portal. Cut-off for online payment of overdue accounts is 4PM of the same date.

WHO MAY AVAILConcessionaires with disconnected water service connection
CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENT/S

The following are required to process this request:

  • Accomplished CLEARANCE Form
  • Attendance to RE-ORIENTATION SEMINAR (for CLIENTS whose account/s has been disconnected for at least one (1) year)
  • Water bill payment, if with Arrears
DURATION OF TRANSACTIONThis process usually takes about 2 hours and 10 minutes. NOTE: Re-connection of water meter may take sometime depending on the lined up requests at the Engineering division.
PAYABLES

Unpaid Bills or Arrears, if any PLUS Reconnection Fee of:

  • 1 day: FREE
  • 2 days to 6 months: PhP 300.00
  • 6 months and above: PhP 500.00

Response for service requests are for concessionaires with existing water service connection requesting for the following services, but not limited to:

  • Relocation of Service Line
  • Relocation of Water Meter
  • Low Pressure
  • Leakages

DURATION OF TRANSACTIONThis process usually takes about 25 minutes. NOTE: Field works may take sometime depending on the lined up requests at the Engineering division.
PAYABLESRelocation of Water Meter charge: PhP 500.00

BACKGROUND

Change of Account Name is a service request from concessionaires whose service connection at the time of application was not named after them. Request for change of account name is granted to concessionaires who can:

  • Provide proof as listed and as may be required that they are the TRUE lot owner of the premise where the water connection was installed,
  • Without any arrears, and
  • With Notarized BWD Water Service Connection Contract.

Unpaid bills or arrears, if any PLUS Notarial Fee of PhP 300.00 (Optional)

BACKGROUND

Temporary Disconnection may be requested by concessionaires for personal and valid reasons as may be approved by the Head of Agency and may also be imposed to concessionaires for non-payment of water bill

WHO MAY AVAILConcessionaires with existing water service connections who intends to temporarily discontinue usage of BWD water service
CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENT/S

The following are required for this process:

  • Properly accomplished REQUEST FOR TEMPORARY DISCONNECTION Form
  • Payment, if with Arrears
DURATION OF TRANSACTIONThis process usually takes about 25 minutes.
