In its efforts to enhance service to the Baao municipality, Baao Water District was recognized by the Civil Service Commission with the conferment of PRIME-HRM Maturity Level II last December 2, 2020 at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Session Hall, Capitol Complex, Pili, Camarines Sur. Vicente Vic B. Robosa, together with his division managers and staff, received the award from Maria Dolores Detera-Salud, Field Office Director of the Camarines Sur Office.
The Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM), whose objective is to elevate the HR public sector to a level of excellence for good governance and efficient public service, integrates and enhances the Personnel Management Assessment and Assistance Program (PMAAP) and CSC Agency Accreditation Program (CSCAAP). It is a mechanism that empowers government agencies by developing their human resource management competencies, systems and practices toward HR excellence. The district, having achieved Level II (Accredited), indicating that the management of the Human Resources is process-defined, where there is a “set of defined and documented standard operating procedures (SOPs) established, characterized by goal-oriented decision making and an automated system in place.”
In his acceptance speech, GM Robosa thanked the Civil Service Commission for its recognition of Baao Water District’s hard work and determination to be Primed and assured the public that with such an honor, efforts by the district to strive for excellence shall continue.
