Baao Water District celebrated its 33rd Founding Anniversary last October 15, 2020 which kicked off with a mass officiated by Rev. Fr. Luisito Audal Occiano, parish priest of Baao Parish.
After the mass, in a decidedly restrained manner due to the pandemic, BWD employees, headed by GM Vicente Vic Robosa, Fr. Occiano also led the blessing of the new offices in the corporate building, to wit: Office of the General Manager, the Board of Directors Office, the hallway featuring the nine pumping stations of BWD in a scale model, the Office of the Finance and Commercial Division, Office of the Engineering Division, the Infirmary and the BWD Cooperative.
Program and dinner followed suit attended by employees and guests, to name a few, the Board of Directors of BWD, General Manager Engr. Paulino S. Cunanan of Pili Water District and Vice Mayor Marissa Velitario-Hao of LGU Nabua and her entourage.
BOD Chairman Jovenal Renato Fajardo, in his message, said that it is a privilege to witness the growth of Baao Water District to what it is now. Likewise, GM Robosa, addressed that BWD is committed to provide for one of the most basic needs of the people and said that more infrastructures will be built to ensure such provision. He also thanked the employees of Baao Water District for helping him achieve its goals.
Through the years, Baao Water District remains true to its commitment to provide sustainable and reliable water supply to the people of Baao and adjoining localities. HBI
